Leg Press Exercise Tutorial

Instructions:

  • Sit on a leg press machine and adjust the seat so that your knees can bend comfortably.
  • Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  • Lower the platform by bending your knees while keeping your back against the seat.
  • Push through your heels to extend your legs back to the starting position.

Best Practices:

  • Avoid locking your knees at the top of the movement.
  • Ensure your feet are flat and evenly placed on the platform.
  • Start with a manageable weight to focus on form.
